Health & Safety & compliance

Our Health & Safety team is headed up by Jonathan Gough CMIOSH, who possesses over twenty years of experience in H&S. He leads a committed team who ensure that we are fully compliant across our portfolio. Jonathan sits on the ARMA high rise buildings safety committee, the IRPM safety working group, and is an Honorary H&S Consultant for The Federation of Private Residents Associations Ltd. This holistic approach ensures that Bellharbour is prepared for new industry legislation and ensures the safety of our customers is central to what we do. We believe in a no-nonsense, sensible approach that ensures a safe environment for staff, clients, and homeowners alike.

Our policies cover everything from asbestos to working at height with a strong focus on wellbeing. Having a central resource gives us comfort, control, and the ability to monitor and report at any given time. We work on behalf of many Resident Management Companies (RMC), so customer engagement is key to our role in acting as a trustee, on their behalf. Strong, clear communication and consultation is paramount. The H&S team are always available to help clients online, or in person.
