Mike Brown heads Bellharbour as Director of Property Management. Mike has worked in the Property Management sector for 33 years and in residential management for the last 22, specialising in managing luxury residential buildings and large mixed-use estates. He brings extensive experience both as a managing agent and on the client-side, dealing with everything from small RMCs to large developers.
Chris has spent his entire career in the property sector. After selling his own agency to a large plc he grew their leasehold management business into one of the UK's leading managing agents. He has subsequently held a number of high-profile roles within the sector and in addition to running managing agents he has been involved with mergers and acquisitions. Chris has particular experience of working with institutional investors managing leasehold and national residential portfolios.
Katie joins Bellharbour in 2020 from Rendall & Rittner and Harrods Estates Asset Management where she was Associate Director of Commercial Property and Associate Director of Operations respectively. She is bringing with her 20 years of experience in Real Estate as a vital member of those Property Management teams.
She has managed a large number of fund management, private and overseas clients with a mixed us and nationwide portfolio. Significant managements for Katie have been the HSBC Tower and One Cabot Square in Canary Wharf, One Blackfriars, Holland Green, 77 Mayfair and One Tower Bridge. Key corporate clients have included the Qatari Investment Authority, Harrods, British Land and St George.
Joe has enjoyed a successful civil service career predominantly in senior management positions. Joe has worked across two Government Departments in estates management, criminal investigations, project and programme management, strategic and business planning, budget management, training and has worked across Europe. Consequently, Joe brings relevant transferrable skills such as communications, budget management leadership and people management
Ben heads up the corporate accounting team which handles the financial affairs of the company. Ben has over 20 years of experience and is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Steve has been working in the insurance industry for over 30 years. He is an associate of the Institute of Risk Management and a member of AIRMIC. He brings a wealth of experience to the company with detailed knowledge of the property insurance market.
Vicky manages the Accounts Team and acts as Privacy controller. Vicky joined in 2003 and has held roles in a number of departments including Accounts and Credit Control. GDPR administration also falls within Vicky’s role ensuring staff, Clients and external contacts adhere to the new guidelines.
Teams of experts and professionals across HR, health and safety, M&E, utilities, surveying, insurance, compliance and marketing are also based within each of the group companies.
